 Elliott's Home Improvement has been in business about 15 years and has a large clientelle on the northwest side of Detroit and the surrounding areas. Elliott's passion is painting, landscaping and architecture. He comes alive and illustrates a certain vibrancy in the springtime because that means enjoying the outdoors. The business is cyclical with downtime in winter where the focus is basically snow removal. Could it be the holiday spending leaves no room in the budget for home improvement until the spring? We'd like to see this change and do some level of home improvement or home maintenance in the winter months. Springtime tends to bring out the "get my house in order" spirit, so common requests are ceiling repairs, drywall repair and painting. Summer requests are basic lawn maintenance but sometimes people want some creativity and request special landscaping services. Others want their pool cleaned or re-painted.
